Deep International supplied a modular compression station for our client in the Nile Delta of Egypt to counter well head pressure reduction and maintain well head gas production. The project was executed on a BOO (Build, Own, Operate) basis with our partner in Egypt. DEEP handled the complete project engineering and equipment supply with our Local partner executing the installation and construction works. We continue to own and operate the facility and achieve a 99% average availability month over month.
Deep International supplied Quantity four (4) Gas Compressor Packages for a debottlenecking project in Kurdistan Iraq for our client. In order to minimize the project schedule we utilized four (4) packages from our existing fleet of compressors and performed Zero Hour Overhauls on the packages. Going this route resulted in significant time savings over new build packages as we achieved a 12 week Ex-Works Delivery for all four (4) packages. The Compressor Packages consisted of Waukesha L7044GSI S4 Engines coupled with Ariel JGK4 Compressors in a single stage configuration. Each unit designed to handle 40MMSCFD at 960PSIG Discharge.
All mechanical components fully disassembled into their constituent parts and measured/tested as required to ensure they are within OEM recommended tolerances from the factory. Any components not meeting the required standard will be changed for new original parts. This involves a full strip down and rebuild back to frames.
In summary all items will be reset to a ‘zero running hour’ to OEM spec condition and normal OEM recommended service hours should be maintained for longevity of equipment.
